Tamar Triple Pass
From $49 per person*
Contact us to bookThe Western bank of the Tamar River rewards visitors with a stunning riverside scenic drive, and a string of laid-back towns. Two of these towns are Beaconsfield and Beauty Point, which house three of the West Tamar’s major attractions: Beaconsfield Mine and Heritage Centre, Seahorse World and Platypus House.
A Tamar Triple Pass enables the holder entry to all three of these attractions. At Beaconsfield Mine, visitors take a self-guided tour around the facility (bookings not required), while at Platypus House and Seahorse World, your pass gives you a place on a guided tour. Bookings are recommended but not essential on guided tours.
Make a full day of it on the West Tamar and visit all three, or use your voucher over consecutive days to suit your itinerary. Beaconsfield is located 40 minutes north of Launceston, the nearest gateway, with Seahorse World and Platypus House, just 5 minutes’ drive further north.
