Walk on Kunanyi/Mt.Wellington - if you want to walk in the footsteps of our past, there is no greater wilderness experience when in Hobart, to walk on Kunanyi/Mt. Wellington with Miena Village Guiding’s experienced team. You won’t just experience the views, but also trek up the mountain through forests, across waterfalls and over glacial landscapes. Bring a camera as the scenery is spectacular and history abounds. This walk is challenging as it is all uphill. Fortunately, there are opt out options if the hiking is too difficult, but everyone will get to see the vistas at the top.

• Light refreshments, snacks, water bottles and lunches.

Tour Details:

• Operates on Saturdays. Hotel pickups and drop-offs can be arranged from 8:30am at an additional fee. Safety briefing at the trail head starts at 9:00am from Cascade Gardens and plan to be returned about 4pm.
